A twist on a classic

It takes just a few minutes to make lavender syrup and you can keep it in the fridge for about a month. It's floral and aromatic and pairs perfectly with the good old lemonade we all love.
Pro tip: Make a big batch of my lavender simple syrup and keep it in the fridge. This way you can be prepared to make lavender lemonade whenever a craving strikes!

- Make the lavender simple syrup by simmering sugar, water and edible lavender. Let it cool completely at room temperature.
- Once the syrup is completely cool, pour it into a pitcher with some lemon juice. Add water and stir well to combine.
- Fill the pitcher or glasses with ice and serve this refreshing lavender lemonade!
To make this drink sugar free, simmer the lavender buds with water for a few minutes and then stir in 2 tablespoon honey. Stir until fully combined and let it cool. Then make the lemonade as instructed.
