Homemade Cantaloupe Juice Recipe

cantaloupe
washed

Instructions
Cut the cantaloupe in half and scoop out the fruit into a blender.
Blend on medium high until it's smooth.
Fill glasses halfway with ice and pour the cantaloupe juice into the glasses.
Serve immediately.
Notes
I usually don't strain the cantaloupe juice because the pulp contains all the fiber which is very beneficial.
