Homemade Peach Lemonade Recipe

- 5 peaches
- ½ cup sugar
- 6 cups water
- ½ cup lemon juice
Chop the peaches into chunks (no need to peel them) and place them in a sauce pan with the sugar and one cup of water.
Cover and bring to simmer. Cook for about 15 minutes until the peaches fall apart.
Let the mix cool slightly and then blend it in a blender for a minute until smooth.
Press it through a mesh strainer. Save the peach syrup and discard the solids.
Pour the peach syrup into a pitcher and stir in the lemon juice and remaining 5 cups of water.
Serve the peach lemonade in glasses over ice. You can add peach slices or chunks to the glasses if desired.
