This cucumber lemon ginger water is so easy to make when you're craving quick refreshment. Make a large jar of this infused water and prepare to seize the day!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lemon
  • 1 Persian cucumber
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 2 litres water

Instructions
 

  • Thinly slice the lemon, cucumber and ginger.
  • Place lemon slices, cucumber and ginger in a large carafe. Add water and gently stir. Let it sit at room temperature for one hour until infused.
  • Serve immediately with ice or refrigerate until ready to drink.

Notes

  • It's best to serve lemon ginger water immediately. However, you can also refrigerate it for up to 24 hours. 
  • You can add fresh mint to the water if you have it on hand.  
  • It's important to let the water infuse at room temperature since the flavors combine better.
