1 lemon 1 Persian cucumber 1 inch fresh ginger 2 litres water
Thinly slice the lemon, cucumber and ginger.
Place lemon slices, cucumber and ginger in a large carafe. Add water and gently stir. Let it sit at room temperature for one hour until infused.
Serve immediately with ice or refrigerate until ready to drink.
It's best to serve lemon ginger water immediately. However, you can also refrigerate it for up to 24 hours.
