This dairy free hot chocolate is delicious and easy to make. It's made with almond milk and is creamy, perfect for the holidays and every bit as delicious as regular cocoa!

- 3 cup almond milk see notes
- 4 tablespoon dairy free chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoon granulated sugar see notes
- 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
Heat almond milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add in chocolate chips, sugar and cocoa powder. Stir to combine until the chocolate melts. Make sure no lumps are left.
Heat for a couple of minutes. Taste and add more sugar if needed.
Serve warm.
- You can use coconut milk, cashew milk or oat milk to make this recipe.
- Instead of granulated sugar, you can use brown sugar, maple syrup, stevia or monk fruit sweetener for this recipe.
