- 2 cups whole milk see notes
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place the milk and sugar in a small sauce pan and place over medium low heat.
Heat until the sugar dissolves.
Add in the vanilla extract and heat for another minute.
Divide between two cups and serve.
- Use 2% or 1% milk instead of whole milk if you prefer.
- For non dairy and vegan option use unsweetened non dairy milk such as almond milk.
- As for the sweetener, I start with one teaspoon of sugar for one cup of milk. Taste and add more sugar if needed.
