Easy mango lassi recipe made with sweet mangoes, yogurt and a few ingredients. It's creamy, rich and a favorite in Indian restaurants!

- 2 cups mango pulps see notes
- 2 cups Plain whole milk yogurt
- ½ cup milk see notes
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ tsp ground cardamom
Place the mango in a blender.
Add in the yogurt, milk, sugar and cardamom.
Blend on high until everything is well combined and the lassi is creamy.
Taste and blend with more sugar if needed.
Divide between glasses and serve cold.
- I like using fresh alphonso mangoes to make mango lassi but you can use any other sweet mango variety. You can also use frozen mango.
- Using milk is optional in this recipe. I like to add a bit of milk to the lassi to make sure that it's not too thick.
- The amount of sugar depends on how sweet you'd like the mango lassi to be. You can start with 1 tablespoon and add more if needed.
- To made vegan mango lassi, use non-diary yogurt (such as almond milk yogurt) and non-dairy milk such as almond milk.
