Scoop out chunks out of the watermelon and add them to a blender. Discard the watermelon rind.
Blend for about one minute until no chunks are left.
If you like your watermelon juice extra clear with no pulp, pour it through a mesh strainer into a pitcher. You can also simply serve it as is over ice.
Notes
To choose a ripe watermelon, look for ones with large yellow field marks on them. Ripe watermelons also have webbing on them.
